Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Night Sweet Thing Pj's, but we understand that shopping online doesn’t always go perfectly. If something’s not quite right, we offer the following:


Australian Customers – Free Exchanges & Returns

We offer free exchanges and returns within Australia.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To get started, simply fill out our Returns Form. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item.

  • We'll email you as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.


International Customers

To return the Pjs for an exchange or refund, here is our return policy regarding our International customers:

Unfortunately our system is unable to generate an international return label for you, so this will have to be processed at your local post office.

However, once items are returned, we’re happy to refund the original shipping cost you paid when placing your order.

  • You’ll need to purchase and organise your own return shipping to our address:

  • Please note: The cost to return your item may be higher than the original shipping fee you were charged. This depends on your local postal service. We are unable to refund more than the original shipping cost you paid, so any extra cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Once you've shipped your return, fill out our Returns Form or email us at info@nightsweetthing.com to claim a refund for your original shipping cost.


Important Notes

We gladly accept returns as long as:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and free from damage or marks

  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Christmas Sales Returns:
Purchases made on or after 22nd October 2024 will have until 14th January 2025 to contact us regarding a return. 

As per our general conditions, we won’t accept returns for the following: Clothes that have been worn, damaged or marked in anyway.
